How long will my order take?
Turnaround times are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on size of order. Normally, we try to get all orders out within 2 weeks. Of course, larger orders may take more time. Please email us if there is a time constraint or deadline date to insure availability.

Are there any returns or refunds?
Since our items are custom-made, all sales are final. Please check all listings carefully for measurements and other details before ordering. Depending on the size of order, please allow ample time for item to ship after cleared payment. Please include EVENT DATE OR NEEDED DATE in note to seller. If expedited shipment is needed for rush orders, it is the buyer's responsibility if no date is entered. Please email us to make sure that we can accommodate your needs.

What if the event is cancelled or some other unforseeable event takes place?
We are very sorry, but with custom-made items, once you place your order, production begins. Since these are custom made for you, we can only send them to you and suggest that you try to sell them on your own to recoup your funds. We hope that this does not come up with any of our transactions. We do not enjoy adding more difficulty to our client's lives, nor do we enjoy having more difficulties added to our business.

What constitutes a rush order?
All orders are usually filled in the order they are received. If your order causes us to change the line-up of received order fulfillment, it is considered a rush order. Our listings usually inform you of the ship time. In most cases, we strive to have all orders out within time stated. If your order is needed before stated ship time in the listing, we also consider it a rush. Buyer pays all shipping costs if we need to use priority or express mail. We generally will let the buyers know right away if there will be any additional shipping fee. We always try our best to accomodate all orders- normal or rush. We like to keep our clients happy.

What shipping methods do you use?
We generally use USPS first class or priority mail. We also will use express mail if there is a dire rush. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any additional rush charge.

Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?
No, you do not need a Paypal acccount to purchase on Ecrater.com. Just go through checkout, when you get to payment method screen, click on Paypal and proceed. You will then be taken to Paypal screen. At bottom of screen, you will see the wording"if you do not have Paypal account, click continue". You will then be led to pay by your credit card. We do not see any of your credit card information, and it is completely safe.

Do you accept any other forms of payment?
Not usually, however, if there is a special circumstance, we may consider it.
